1. General Terms

  • “We”, “our”, or “us” refers to Galaxy Makeovers, and “you” refers to the customer or client.

  • By accessing our website or availing of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  • Galaxy Makeovers reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Salon & Makeup Services

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Please arrive on time; delays beyond 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Advance payment or booking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable in case of no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

  • All services are performed by trained professionals; however, Galaxy Makeovers is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities unless prior information was provided by the client.

  • Product preferences (brand/type) can be accommodated only if informed in advance.

3. Rental Terms (Lehenga, Sherwani, Jewellery, etc.)

  • All rental items must be handled with care and returned in the same condition as received.

  • A security deposit may be required at the time of booking, refundable upon satisfactory return of the items.

  • The rental period and return date must be strictly followed; late returns may incur additional charges.

  • Any damage, stains, or loss to the rented items will be charged based on the item’s value and repair cost.

  • All fittings and trial sessions (if applicable) should be scheduled in advance.

  • Rentals are non-transferable and cannot be sublet to third parties.

4. Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or approved online gateways.

  • Advance payments or booking fees are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by Galaxy Makeovers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • For salon bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for any partial refund eligibility.

  • For rental products: Cancellations after booking confirmation will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Liability

  • Galaxy Makeovers will not be held responsible for:

    • Personal belongings left behind at the salon.

    • Skin or hair reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

    • Delays caused by technical issues, transportation, or unforeseen events.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, videos, designs, and content displayed on our website or social media are the property of Galaxy Makeovers and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected solely for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes.
